The boys at the Dojo have been quite busy for the last few seasons. DJ Manny and Claude 9 recently celebrated the sell-out release of Viva La Remix under their Los Banditos moniker, while keeping up with a heavy performance schedule as solo artists. DJ Bigface has rocked house after house after taking the gold at the DJ Melee competition while also keeping the torch burning on the Starlynx project. For those of you that made it out to the Steam Heat show a few weeks back… Thanks for coming! The guys at Fable Records reunited more than 30 funk and jazz players from the 70s, including members of Steam Heat, Starcrost, and 47 X’s Its Own Weight, and held a reunion concert at Threadgills.
