Portland, Oregon-based glitch hob step slayer Graintable and Tahoe-based producer & drummer AD/AM have joined up to drop a five-track ep under the name CHIP CHOP through Run Riot Records on February 2nd. Duo is warming up the masses for the gutter soul onslaught with a free download of their Launch Blank single.

The Last Gadjo Disko

Not just one of the most interesting monthlies Austin has had the privilege to indulge in, the Gadgo Disko parties showcase some of the most interesting and amazing parts of Austin art and nightlife culture. Angeleska, Mack, and Chelsey throw one hell of a party. But…. {insert tear}, it looks like this event will be the last.

Where will I now go to get my fix of glitched out balken slavic hip-hop folk punk dubstep-esque beatness, dance floor marching bands, guys in tutus, girls in glowing hoops, and some of most amazing people in Austin congregated into place? Kind of freaking out here.
Going out in style, the group have upgraded venues to hold the last Gadjo Disko Eastern Bloc Party at La Zona Rosa on February 6th, 2010. Triple the capacity. We will do this!
